How can I track my order?You can view your order and track its status by clicking on the view order button in your order confirmation email or in any order update emails sent by us.
When will I get my mug?Mugs have a production time of 72-120 hours before they can be shipped. Shipping and delivery estimates change based on destination and are shown when processing order.
Where do you ship to?Trail Mugs are shipped worldwide.
Do you offer tracking on orders?Depending on your choosen location which provide different tiers of delivery with more premier tiers offering tracking. You can choose from available options when completing you order.
Whats material is the mug made of?Our 11oz mugs are ceramic and have a straight-sided design and a crisp white base colour to help make your trail mug designs really stand out. Our mugs are extremely durable and both scratch and chip resistant.
Whats are the dimensions of the mug?Our mugs are 11oz and have a width of 84mm and height of 94mm.
Is the mug disher washer safe?Yes, our mugs are dishwasher friendly.
Is the mug microwave safe?Yes, our mugs are microwave friendly.
Can I order multiple mug designs in one order?No, currently you can only design and order one mug with each order. You can order any quantity of mugs within the one order by can only be one design.
I don't have a Strava accountNo worries! We accept GPX or KML files from most popular devices, which you can upload manually.
Can I display miles instead of kilometers?We're currently looking into this but for now, we suggest converting your values manually and entering them into the relevant text areas within the print. Regardless, data from Strava or GPX files will always be measured in metric units and we'd recommend that you double-check the values are correct.
Are my card details secure?We use Sumup to handle all transations using a certified, secure encryption and do not store any financial data ourselves.
How can I return or get a refund?Since your Trail Mug is highly personalised and we provide a order design review process we do not offer returns. Please reach out to our support team and we will try and sort out.
Can I design my mug on any device or browser?We have designed the interface to be responsive. The interface layout my change across device sizes to fit in all elements but you will be able to create a Trail Mug on a mobile up to desktop.
